An invitation from the club President:
Dear Members,
During the next club activities on the 12 May 2010, Wednesday, from 7-10pm, we will be having our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The committee will be presenting the annual report. At the same time, we will be electing the next committee members.
This is an important event for the cub and I would encourage all members to attend the event and witness the formation of the new committee and also to know what the club has achieved for the past 1 year.
